GIAF2023

Sinyeong Theater, inaugurated in 2012, is a distinct theater in Gangwon-do exclusively devoted to independent and artistic films. The theater boasts a 4K digital projection facility and 111 seats, which includes accommodations for wheelchairs. The lobby features an assortment of film magazines, books, and DVDs available for rent.

Throughout the festival, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 4pm, GIAF23 presented a screening of the invited film Sandlines, the Story of History(2020) by Francis Alÿs, complete with Arabic, English, and Korean subtitles.
